Here at MPS Lifeline, we are committed to helping qualified individuals get a phone with free monthly services. We can help answer questions and can assist in getting customers through the sometimes complicated and confusing application processes. If you are currently receiving benefits through the state, call us at 702-368-4888 and we can go over the necessary documentation necessary in applying for free service. We can also set an appointment for you to meet with one of our activation specialists to help you with the application process or to assist in helping you through our online application process.
LIFELINE PROGRAM
The Lifeline program helps eligible customers stay connected to friends and family with free service for up to a year. Eligible customers will receive UNLIMITED free minutes of talk, unlimited text, and 15GB of data every month for a year*, giving you the freedom to communicate and stay connected to friends, family, your next job opportunity, or 911 in case of emergencies.

HOW TO QUALIFY
To qualify for a lifeline phone you must be receiving one of the following benefits from NV state.
EBT/SNAP
(Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program)
Income is 135% or less than the federal poverty guidelines.
Medicaid
Federal Public Housing Program (Section 8)
Supplemental Security Income SSI
Veteran or Veteran’s Survivor Pension
Apply NOW. If you are new to receiving benefits You may need to upload:

Benefit card (Medicaid or SNAP EBT card) to show proof of participation in one of the qualifying programs.

Your Effective Welfare Award Letter
The process takes about 15 minutes and once qualified and approved your device or SIM will be sent to you free of charge. You can use your own device and you will get a year long plan ABSOLUTELY FREE!
